To me the word “drugs” means escape, people use drugs to escape reality. When you use a drug you go to a place of no worries. I have never really done a hard serious drug but I do know what all of them do to you. The most common drug is marijuana; almost 90% of teens have either done it or are doing it. People usually turn to drugs to escape there worries or are drawn in by pure pressure. In my case it was pure pressure then it turned into something to do so I could get away from everything. I got hooked on marijuana because it made me feel good and I didn’t care about anything when I was doing it, and now that I look back I see that every time that I was not on drugs I was depressed. Drugs do make it fun, they make it awesome, but that’s how you die. If you do drugs and get hooked on it, there is a good chance you will either do something you regret for the rest of your life or you will die. 86% of people on the street that have no homes are permanently high for life, that have done so much drugs that there brain is just gone and they have no clue what’s going on and there high is there forever. The reason for this would be because they wanted to escape all there troubles so they turned to drugs. Its your choice, you always have the last say in what you do but always think about the long term and short term effects.
