Program/Service Description
- provides personalized assessment, treatment and referral for clients with alcohol, other drug or gambling concerns
- provides a wide range of individual, group and family counselling
- offers an intensive, structured Day Counselling Program for clients who have substance use or gambling problems
- refers clients to self-help groups
- provides information and referral for people who are concerned about their tobacco use
- provides information and consultations to agencies, businesses, community groups and professionals
- provides prevention and information services to schools and post-secondary institutions
Referral Information
Area offices receive referrals from a variety of sources, including clients themselves. Referrals are made to a variety of AADAC services, AADAC Funded Agencies, other government and non-government agencies, medical professionals and self-help groups.

- Visiting services are available in Olds, Sundre, Innisfail, Rocky Mountain House, Sylvan Lake, Lacombe and Ponoka. See your individual counsellor for more information.
- Services are voluntary, confidential and free of charge.
