Clientele Served

Women who need treatment to assist in their recovery from addictions to alcohol, tobacco, other drugs or gambling.

Program/Service Description

• offers a 46-bed residential treatment facility 
  
• offers immediate pre-treatment admissions to pregnant women 
  
• offers four-week intensive day treatment and residential treatment programs that include individual and group counselling, information sessions, and life skills training  geared to women’s specific needs 
  
• provides long-term residential support up to 90 days 
  
• provides transitional housing support up to one year for women who have completed treatment 
  
• offers outpatient services including aftercare groups, parenting programs, family and friend groups, and a tobacco cessation program
  

Referral Information

• Referrals may be made by a referral agent or by the client herself. 
  
• Referrals may be made by personal interview or telephone. 
  
• Full assessment is required prior to admission. 
  
• Pregnant women have priority access to all programs.
