Clientele Served

Jasper residents and family members in all stages of life: prenatal to preschool, elementary school, youth and teens, young adults, and adult men and women.

Program/Service Description

• provides support from outreach workers who can respond to individual or family needs; each outreach worker specializes in one of the above life stages
• provides help with connections to a variety of services, connections to financial assistance, finding a way through complex government systems, resource materials, supportive home visits, one-on-one parenting coaching, parenting programs, support networks, goal setting with families, and confidential support and listening

Referral Information

Services are free, confidential and available on a drop-in basis. No referral is necessary
